


SHIFTING INTO CENTER - a 40 day experience
Our Autumnal 40 day breath, movement, and meditation practice begins Monday October 6, 2025 and ends on Friday, November 14, 2025. During our time together, we will be practicing a movement, & meditation series designed to root us back into our center. We’ll be bringing in the expansive energy and loose ends of summer and consolidating it into focus so we can shift our awareness to our roots and bringing greater focus, attention, and creating mental and emotional balance and stability.
In this practice we will be practicing Kirtan Kriya, and widely studied meditation practice rooted in the Kundalini lineage and proven to bring about regeneration to the brain, improving mental clarity, memory & focus, known for rewiring patterns, and imprints, strengthening intuition, and greatly reducing mental chatter so we can be more present in our day to day lives.
When we return back to our center, we feel more stable, we feel contained and have more energetic discernment, and practice staying connected to that infinite source flow rather than waiting for external sources to determine our internal rhythm.
When we have an energetic container cultivated through our practice, we have more physical energy, we feel better and have more space to assess, observe, discern, and to access a response to what is in front of us. We spend more of our time creating, and less time doubting, fearing, comparing, competing and in a state of stagnation. We lead from the inside out.
With so much information coming at us collectively, from every device, and often in invisible ways, a daily activation & meditation practice is no longer a nice to have. It is essential for our well-being and for our future. The current demands on our attention, and switching quickly from topic to topic of information is beginning to create what is called info dementia. Where the brain gets used to only staying present for short bursts at a time, this impacts our experience of life, the capacity of our nervous system and exhausts us energetically.
In this series, in addition to practicing this deeper reset of our entire system and brains, we will also be learning more about our brains and explore themes related to getting into right relationship with our minds, keeping our brains sharp, focused, healthy and activated.
In every 40 cycle we align with the rhythm and wisdom of the lunar cycles as well as the earth’s seasonal wisdom to aid us in releasing what we are ready to compost, and to plant new seeds for what we are desiring to harvest in the months to come. We will also be working with the wisdom of numerology for the remaining of this 9 year to serve as a theme on our journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER REGISTRATION:
Upon registering, you will receive a Welcome email containing the zoom link and other pertinent information. In this 40 day session, the first 2 weeks will be live (OCT 6 - OCT 19), then 10 days of practice will be on our own (OCT 20 - 29), and the remaining days of practice (OCT 30 - NOV 16) we’ll come back together live until the end of our journey together. We do this to give ourselves a chance to experience practicing on our own which has proven to be a deep part of the practice and self observation over the years.
WEEKLY CHECK IN & GATHERING:
In addition to marking your calendars with the practice days, there will also be a weekly group call so we can have a chance to share and process our experience together. We will meet on SAT OCT 11, 18, 25, NOV 1, 8, 15. So much magic and wisdom comes forth in these calls. We meet every Saturday morning following our practice (6am PT/9am ET).
